Construction and Communications Systems Management
Site Selection. Identify and make recommendations for building sites or potential buildings for renovation suitable to client needs.
Local Architect and Contractor Selection. Identify and make recommendations for local architects and building contractors with the appropriate experience and capabilities for the client needs.
Approval and Permit Process Coordination. Provide coordination of the approval process in order to achieve the earlier possible construction start date.
Plan Translation and Worker Training. Generate building plans and work instructions in the Romanian language and coordinate the training of the contractors' work force. This step is often omitted which can result in un-necessary rework or delays.
Power System Specification and Design Assistance. Provide options for back-up power systems, power conditioning, and power distribution to meet western standards and requirements, including computer room or clean room design. Can also provide back-up plans and systems for natural gas / propane / butane.
Air Conditioning, Heating, and Air Purification Specification and Design Assistance. Provide options for air conditioning options (such as central versus distributed), heating options (such as hydroponic in-floor and / or radiators, or forced air), and air purification options (such as electrostatic and / or hepa filters).
Telecommunications System Specification and Design Assistance. Provide interconnection options for external (extranet such as Internet) and internal (intranet such as wired or wireless local area networks) communications. Options include satellite, fiber optics, radio (i.e. wireless networking), ATM, Frame Relay, ADSL, ISDN, and others. This service can include wiring design and construction management to western standards.
On-site Construction Management. During the construction process, regular independent audits can be conducted for specification adherence and tolerances, material control, regulatory compliance, and schedule status.
Real-time Electronic Reporting. A real-time electronic reporting system can be established utilizing technology such as a password protected Internet web site for remote access of status and email.
